Just how low can we really go……

No disrespect to Wigan, but at 2-0 up on eighty minutes Arsenal and all the fans would have been thinking about how many are we going to win by – are we going to reduce the goals scored tally just in case the league is decided on the final day.

Well, what utter bollox!! What happened between then and the final whistle blowing was a disgrace, an embarrassment and not what a club like ours should let happen.

With ten minutes to go you’d think we would see the game through wouldn’t you?

Well I would but even so I had niggles in my mind, what if they get one – well they did, but they also went on to get two more, we lost again and I don’t know how or if Arsene Wenger can get this group of players up and ready to fight for third place!

Wigan scored three goals in ten minutes, putting out the flickering light some us had burning to win the league.

Credit to them for showing the kind of determination and commitment that us fans of Arsenal are crying out for…

Fabianski started instead of ‘injured’ Manuel Almunia – yeah right, he’s not injured, he was dropped – I had hoped for Vito to get his chance and by the end, boy how I wished he had – I even wondered whether Almunia was as bad as what i’d  just witnessed!

Craig Eastmond replaced Denilson, Silvestre partnered Sol in the centre of defence and Theo Walcott played on the right side of midfield in place of Emmanuel Eboue, they were the changes from the shocking performance in midweek!

Wigan started better that us and it wasn’t too long before we saw Fabianski make a gaffe, ball across from a corner, he obviously got hit by a stray piece of volcano and stood still… Thankfully the ball went past everyone including him!

Clichy had a chance from a free kick. He decided to hit in a low one, so low it trickled under the Wigan wall and safely into the hands of Kirkland! Good idea though, a poacher of a striker would have got to that and poked it past the keeper, sadly though we don’t have such a player right now!

Wigan continued strongly and but for some dodgy finishing could have easily gone ahead. The game started to turn a bit, we started to look a little bit better, Campbell had a chance but put his header wide, Walcott had a great one on one chance against Kirkland but bottled it and crossed it to Rosicky, but it came to nothing. We had a few more chances but sadly they either went wide or Kirkland made easy saves. Again we had the ball, but again we showed our frailties – Diaby was running with the ball into Wigan players, passing to the opposition, it was all so messy… (mme, not quite Messi that means!)

After dominating for so long, we finally broke the deadlock through Theo Walcott. Bendtner played the ball ‘in front’ of Walcott, he jinked by a couple of Wigan players before putting the ball under Kirkland. PHEW – 1-0.

Shortly after Walcott had a chance to make it 2-0, but to be fair, it wasn’t an easy chance that he missed..

Half Time and 1-0, but you just knew we needed a few more, Wigan had shown they had fight in them!

The home side had a penalty decision turned down then up the other end Kirkland made a decent save from Diaby’s shot, yep, its true, Diaby had a shot 😉

48 minutes on the clock and Silvestre made it 2-0 – agirlagooner told us a spooky stat at this stage, same fixture last season, same goal scorers, even same keeper and we won 4-1… HOWEVER – it was then like a re-run of What happened next on a Question of Sport, Option C was Wigan would go on and win 3-2, even Matt Dawson nor Phil Tuffnell wouldn’t haven’t gone for that answer, but sadly that was to be the right one.

We crumbled, we lost all that we had struggled hard to gain. Ten minutes to go and Wigan scored through Watson.

If we needed a sub at this point, why not Robin, why not take off Diaby and bring on our best striker to finish the game off?? Why take off the one player Wigan didn’t like defending against, Theo kept Wigan back and once he had gone off they knew that was their chance!!

Moses nearly made it 2-2 but Sol made a crucial interception.

89 minutes and we were still winning until Fabianski showed just why he can’t displace Almunia, a simple catch fluffed
and the score is 2-2, you just knew then didn’t you….

Wigan scored a third, game over and I for one can’t wait until this season is over.  The third goal was a great one from the moment it left N’Zogbia’s foot it was going it so no blame on Fabianski, but why the player was given so much time and room to take a shot, I’ll never know. Whenwill our players learn that its ok to shoot from distance, sometimes you get lucky and they go in!!

I’ve had enough of watching some of our players play so poorly. By now its clear to see that this wasn’t just an off day, we have too many of them. The reality is, as we all know we have a few players who just won’t make the grade at the highest level.

Arsene Wenger was furious at the end, so was I but I didn’t buy the players, he did. This summer has to be his last chance to make changes. He now has to save our club from falling further back down the league next year because bet your bottom dollar the Chavs, both Manc sides, Liverpool and Tottenscum will sure add players to their squads. Rumours are that Wenger is to be offered a new contract until 2014, right now that doesn’t excite me, it should do as he is one of the best managers in the world. (Bank Manager I mean 😉 )

Yesterday again proved what a difference a great keeper makes and we don’t have one!

We  were second best, we were not good enough!

The club we all support and love is  Arsenal Football Club and its about time those who run it and play for it, realised just that!!

I won’t say have a great day because I know you won’t, not if you really support our club and want to win!!

    Morning all

please don’t anyone suggest we lost because we had so many injuries, we lost through errors yesterday yet again, and pretty crap substitutions!

  2. zsombee says:

wtf dont say that we are low i know that it was a bad game but pls we are in the 3 rd position for me it isnt a low position;) so arsenal 4 ever guys and i love them even they loose a lot recently:-j but i will love them forever and ever:D

  3. IMP says:

morning. wenger getting rewarded for failure and then he rewards his failures with big contracts. a joke of a team with no fight or pride. diaby should never wear an arsenal shirt again. his performance or nonperformance was a disgrace. he walked around the pitch, running away from tackles. losing the ball by overdribbling thinking hes marradonna. fuk off and disgrace some other club diaby you cowardly muppet

  4. rico says:

morning zsombee – aren’t you low, beaten by the spuds, beaten by wigan!! if you can accept those results then good for you, i know i can’t….

two weeks ago we were in the race for the title, errors cost us….

    five years with nothing!!

  5. rico says:

Morning IMP, good comment to come in with – he can take a couple more with him to!!

  6. JonJon says:

the last two performances have disgusted me..

wenger should have thrown rvp on at 2-0 and killed it off…

even when we were making the subs we lost a goal and he still put merida and eboue on…

how we supposed to have a winning mentality as a team when the manager doesnt even have one??

  7. IMP says:

i was at the match rico. he was a disgrace. lost the ball for 2 of the goals and jogged back to defend. me and my mates throats are sore shouting at the lazy waster to catch himself on

  8. JonJon says:

    imp
hes like that every single game..a lazy showpony who turns up when he wants and expects others to do the dirty work…

  9. rico says:

    Morning JJ –

IMP, he has been living on borrowed time far too long, Wenger persists with him yet Vela, Merida, JET and others get shafted – Merida will leave because of not getting first team chances, i’d be peed off if i were him knowing shite like diaby plays ahead of him…

  10. james says:

    i agree rico

we went 2-0 up with 7 injured players and we should have held on to claim the victory but we didnt and there is no excuse.

i think you evaluation of fabianski was a bit harsh. if the defenders infront of him (silvetre) knew how to mark wigan wouldnt have had those chances in the first place goalkeeping is a confidence position if your not playing your confidence goes and you need a run in the team to get it back you cant expect him to be world class when hes played bout 10 games in 50.

and the subs well i could only put that down to the man city game. he rested them just in case of any more injuries and at 2-0 up and to be fare we looked comfortable up until the 80th min i would have done the same thing.

he should have pushed diaby back along side eastmond and played 2 infront of defence just as barca did to us and force them to find a killer ball. bring eboue on as a wing back an kept rosicky on as he was the only player tracking back in the midfield and would ave covered nzogbia as he did most of the game in left mid.

we need to sort things out now for next season let the players who wont sign contracts go, fuck em if they are not willing to sign they obviously dont love the club and should leave. we should get players who would ware their arsenal heart on their sleves ala sol, vermaelen, cesc and RVP

  11. Mustang says:

    Morning Rico,

the problem we have is that we no longer have someone on the board who is a passionate fan who feels what other fans feel, some one who can take Wenger to one side and let him know how this hurts. Let’s see what happens this summer, AW can no longer hide behind not having money to spend after the strong finacial results.
We need major surgery to the squad, be it getting rid of some players and bringing in players with stomach to fight for every ball or surgery of mental fortitude because this must not go on.
We will shortly be getting our renewal forms in the post, I wonder, just wonder how many will renew without thinking about it…..

  12. rico says:

james, is was a simple catch for the goal, he doesn’t need to play 30 games a season to know how to do that.

within the first ten minutes he just stood when a cross came in, maybe he does lack confidence, but having been given his chance you would have hope he was up for it…

  13. JonJon says:

    morning rico

    things will improve…

we need a fresh aprroach though right through the club

  14. rico says:

Morning Mustang – spot on, we have money now having been tight for so long…

i give wenger until the WC begins, is that june or july?

  15. rico says:

jj, they have to for my own sanity 😉

  16. james says:

i agree but the guys confidence i shot to pieces cause of the porto game which he was then dropped for the following (rightly so). but then hes thrown in again with a sub standard defence infront of him he does make a few errors but it takes time i think there is a good goalkeeper in him he just needs to be given a chance remember back to when pepe raina started for liverpool he was more shocking than fabi and look at him now regarded as one of the leagues best

  17. Mustang says:

    JJ

let’s hope you are right and things improve but with the ownership battle loomingthe what ever improvement we hope for might take a while

  18. rico says:

fair comment james, but thie is sport at its highest level, players should be mentally able to put such things behind them and move on, if he can’t…..

  19. Mustang says:

@ James on Fabianski, don’t make me laugh cos I don’t feel like laughing. He actually bounced the ball on Brambles head for the goal, watch it again. He is just not good enough for even a championship side, his basic errors are too many and have been costly

  20. rico says:

The best thing that could happen is some mega rich person comes in and buys everyone out, sorts the deal out really quickly and puts money into the club.

if wenger doesn’t want to play ball, he can go…

i don’t really want stan or the big russian..

  21. james says:

true they are pros and he will learn fro this hes only 22 dont forget but remember the old saying a goalkeeper is only as good as his defence and at arsenal we dont defend as a team like barca do like chelsea do and it shows

  22. le foxe says:

    Morning all

Once again another shocking performance. Is it me, or are our players just not bothered? The last 2 games could have seen us creep closer to Chelski at the top, yet you would think we were 12th and safe with nothing to play for!

As for Wenger being offered a new contract to 2014….why? This sums up the attitude of the club – under performing players being given new contracts long term and yet they are not held accountable for their performances.

Club seriously needs a shake up – the players need a kick up the arse and Wenger needs to be told to go and sit on the naughty step and think about what he’s done.

  23. james says:

i agree mustang that was a howler but it happens all the time even to the bestbut wen you get dropped for having a shit game for weeks on end it becomes a monkey on your back i think after the porto game away he should have played the next one so he learnt from his mistake quickly and put it behind him. i think hes at the wrong club cause as arsenal fans we are very critical of our players and rightly so because we expect the best i want and expect a new keeper in almunia out fabianski to go on loan and scezney as number 2 for next year

  24. Arsene Wenger is among the best managers in the world, but he will never win any other big trophy beacause of his wrong tactics and his habit of risking very crucial matches with his experimentation with mediocre players.90% of the current crop of players at Arsenal will struggle to get playing chance in the first lineup of the top ten teams in the EPL.
Why did wenger a longer time to replace players like Estmond,Diaby,Nasri and Bendner who were awful in the second half? Why did AW replace hard working players like Rosicky and Walcott? Why did Wenger keep Vanperse on the bench until the last 5minutes.All top 10 teams have got world class keepers except Arsenal.Gooners dont expect much next season unless Wenger strengthen the team with 2 CB,1 DM,1CM, 1Striker and world class Goalkeeper to increase depth to the current team, next season will be the worsest among all because Spurs, Mancity and Liverpool will strengthen their squad.

  25. W.A.T.H says:

The board will give Wenger another contract cos he gets by on a shoestring budget brings in money from selling players we make huge profits and when they sell up they will walk a way with millions and the fans get shafted yet again…..!. As JJ pointed out yesterday failure is rewarded with new deals double your money salaries etc etc what shit is that all about..? It’s a fuckin insult to the fans thats what it is…!. Barca away yids away wigan away and the team shows no bollox no passion no heart no fight….! Who’s to blame…? Who bought em and picks em…? Nuff said…!

  26. rico says:

    Morning LF and WATH…..

  27. rico says:

A takeover will put pay to his new contract, the russian wouldn’t put up with this, stan might, but i hope for a new name ….

im sick of seeing us lose in such a fashion…

  28. JonJon says:

im personally sick and tired of hearing all the excuses for the players

losers look for excuses..they want mummy to tell the its ok…while the winners go home and fuck the prom queen…

well i want that prom queen next year and putting an arm around half the players we have and telling them it’ll b ok cos they have the best stats wont work..it hasnt worked in 5 years it wont work next year either

they need replacing…wenger tld us he now has the money so………..

  29. rico says:

Have to go out for a couple of hours, back later…

  30. le foxe says:

Perhaps whats needed is a new No.2? We need someone who can get the team buzzing…maybe thats the role that Campbell is being earmarked for long term?

  31. W.A.T.H says:

A number two will be just another yes man to Wenger LF….. Wenger won’t appoint anyone who would disagree with him…!

    Hi Rico…. chat lata…! Enjoy shopping 😉

  32. Mustang says:

Wenger said: “Judge me in May….”

    I can’t wait!!

  33. W.A.T.H says:

By the time May comes we’d of lost at home to Citeh and prob lose at Blackburn as well….! What’s his excuses gonna be then..?

  34. JonJon says:

the fans need to start making a stand and saying where exactley are you taking us??? and not believing the same shit year after year..

which reminds me.. WATH..hows the wooly neckercheif thingy going??

  35. Gerry T says:

WE HAVE LOST EIGHT POINTS IN FOUR GAMES THANKS TO GOALKEEPING ERRORS .WE WOULD HAVE BEATEN SPURS IF ALMUNIA HADN’T HANDED ROSE HIS “WONDER” GOAL. HIS MISTAKE AT BIRMINGHAM AND FABIANSKI’S YESTERDAY..THE OUTFIELD PLAYERS ARE EQUALLY TO BLAME, BUT MAYBE THE MAN WHO PICKS THEM IS MOST TO BLAME. PISSED OFF HEARING ABOUT BELIEF IN THIS SQUAD..I KNOW ABOUT THE INJURIES BUT HE IS USING THE TERM “SQUAD” SO WE SHOULD EXPECT BACK UP PLAYERS TO WIN AT WIGAN WHEN TWO UP WITH TEN MINUTES TO PLAY.IN 38 YEARS OF FOLLOWING ARSENAL YESTERDAY WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST LOWS.WIGAN DIDN’T KICK US, THEIR SUPPORT WAS FAR FROM HOSTILE SO WHAT IS THE EXCUSE. YESTERDAY WAS FAR WORSE THAN LOSING THE LAST CHANCE AT THE TITLE, IT WAS FAR WORSE THAN LOSING A GAME..IT WAS WATCHING SUCH A HEADLESS CLUELESS,PATHETIC EFFORT BY PEOPLE IN ARSENAL SHIRTS. IT WAS AWFUL TO LISTEN TO THE SNEERING LAUGH OF APEMAN RICHARD KEYES AT FULL TIME. IT WAS A BAD BAD DAY AND IT WAS REALITY…FUCKING AWFUL.

  36. drew10 says:

I would like to see us return to 442 for the last few games of the season.

I am now of the school of thought that we should give Theo a few starts up front. The way he broke and scored his goal yesterday reminded me of Ian Wright in fast forward. I think we could tear teams apart with him partnering RVP or Nic up front.

The 433 worked wonders earlier on in the season but it requires players to work hard and the truth of the matter is that Nasri and Diaby especially don’t seem to have much fight left in them this season. It is a sorry state of affairs.

  37. drew10 says:

I think the boys need us now more than ever and we need to make a fucking massive racket against citeh at home.

  38. W.A.T.H says:

JJ, I’ll tell you via someone else what’s cooking on that front…. A lot of not very happy ppl that I can tell you and a few funny things gone on as well but will explain elsewhere like b4..!.

  39. gnarleygeorge9 says:

    I’ve lost my mojo 😦

  40. Edmond Dantes says:

    All hail Arsene Wenger.

3 losses in a row. Humiliation at the hands of Barca. Capitulation against Wigan and also the first league defeat for 11 years against the Spuds.

Oh Arsene! You do put us through such pain to test our faith.

  41. K-TR7 says:

Forza arsenal!visca el arsenal!victoria concordia crescit!

  42. rico says:

Afternoon peeps, i’m still bloody angry….

Hi george, good to see you

drew, i’m with you on theo, then if he is crap, he can go to!

  43. rico says:

ive just realised, if we lose our last three fixtures and citeh and spuds win theirs, we will come FIFTH!!

i hope the mancs batter the spuds this weekend ’cause i sure as heck dont trust to win one of our next three games….

  44. Suhail.TV says:

Afternoon all… Guys dont think wenger is wrong, He is right this team has great mental strength.. Which else team can bear such humiliation again and again.? Shameless…

  45. rico says:

    Hi STV – heart breaking isn’t it….

  46. Suhail.TV says:

It is rico.. I just can’t explain.. Kill the fabianski clown..

  47. Suhail.TV says:

And wenger is correct about silvertse too.. He gives his expiriance to youngsters.. Leading them.. Yes, to players like denilsen diaby fabianski… he should lead them to fuck off as early as possible once the season ends.

  48. Suhail.TV says:

Why he do not give any chance to manone.. Its still a mystery.. I feel if he put in a good performance, he will be proved wrong in trusting almunia and the joker.

  49. rico says:

I would rather vito had played yesterday, glad the season is nearly done and dusted, just hope the mancs pip the chavs to top spot…

  50. Suhail.TV says:

Rico it seemed as a nightmare.. Is’t it?

  51. rico says:

Trust me STV, it was for real…. 😦

Do the Spuds and Citeh have to play eachother??

  52. rico says:

Just been reading around a couple of blogs, it all getting guite spikey, and thats just between the arsenal fans…

  53. Suhail.TV says:

Am no longer interested in any game rico.. Spurs.. city.. We should be ashamed. But wenger need’t.

  54. rico says:

I only interested STV as either one or both of them could overtake us and get 3rd and 4th…. 😦

  55. Suhail.TV says:

Wenger now need one win in remaining 3 games he says..

  56. rico says:

we do, but who can you see us beating? hate it to go down to the last game, home to fulham… we need both citeh and spuds to lose one, mind you i wouldn’t be surprised if we beat citeh this saturday the way thisngs are going…

  57. Suhail.TV says:

We have given successive opportunities this season.. And each big test we failed.. One after another!.. and it is sickening. We garbaged the carling cup and lost against sunderland and chelsea. Then we thrown the fa cup tie away.. Aye it’s not big thing.. FA CUP ?! One loss sowed for other, we lost to manu and chel in a most bizzare fashion. After all now.. It all started from a great goal keeping at birmingham. We were ousted out from the champions league, two more losses to the devil’s sake.. Why a bad result distracting the whole team.. I can not find any answers..

  58. W.A.T.H says:

    Rico keep the faith………. Arsene knows…….! 😉
    .

  63. JonJon says:

  64. Mustang says:

    ARSENE WENGER’S £60M SPREE

ARSENE WENGER wants to make five signings to turn Arsenal’s nearly men into the finished article for next season’s title challenge.

That could cost the Gunners up to £60million but the Arsenal manager realises his squad hasn’t been quite strong enough this season – even though his preference is to develop young players.

Despite the defeat to bitter rivals Spurs, which all but ended the Gunners’ hopes of the title this term, Arsene Wenger is ready to press on to strengthen his team.

His glass is still half full and he said: “The future is still bright. Very bright.”
Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh, 26, is already in the bag, having agreed to join Arsenal on a free transfer when his contract expires this summer.

That’s the sort of deal which appeals to Wenger but he will have to spend big money to secure other targets.
Yet he insists his club can compete with the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea in the transfer market.

Wenger is confident no top player will leave The Emirates and cash is finally available to rebuild.
He said: “We can match Chelsea and Manchester United in any bid. They can’t buy all the top players.”

And when it comes to football talent, Wenger’s spies have helped him come up with a wanted list of great quality.
One of the big targets on the list is Real Zaragoza’s Ander Herrera, 20, a Spain international at Under-21 level.

Attacking midfielder Herrera has a buy-out clause in his contract of £24m but Zaragoza’s mounting debts mean they will have to accept less than that.

Arsenal hope to agree a deal at £10m and Wenger is also an admirer of another emerging midfielder – Moussa Sissoko, who is valued at £15m.

The 6ft 2in Toulouse player has been described as the new Patrick Vieira, now with Manchester City but, for years, the midfield powerhouse at Arsenal. Sissoko, 20, is also a target for Man United and Juventus.

He has two caps for France and is a candidate for their World Cup squad in South Africa.
And as revealed in the Daily Star Sunday last week, Arsenal are one of the clubs checking on Benfica winger Angel Di Maria, 22, and his defensive team-mate David Luiz 22.

There is fierce competition there, though, from Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City.
Wenger knows he could miss out on some of his targets, not least through a reluctance to pay over the odds or become embroiled in an auction.

    That’s not his style.

He is convinced this could have been Arsenal’s season but for injuries, especially to striker Robin van Persie.
Wenger doesn’t want a similar near-miss story next season but he has no misgivings about the way he has managed his club this term.

He added: “I have no regrets about not putting strong teams out for the Carling Cup and the FA Cup. I thought we had a squad that could cope.

“But few teams can lose the likes of Robin van Persie, Andrey Arshavin, Cesc Fabregas, Gael Clichy and William Gallas and expect to win every week.”

  69. W.A.T.H says:

Rico………… Arsene Knows………! Just seems he’s forgotten what ever it was he was supposed to know 😉 lol……….!

As for Pat Rice he shouts……… “Go To The Ball”
six million times per game at the players and hmmmmm yes thats about it… Oh and he agrees with EVERYTHING that AW says thinks or dreams up…!

  70. agirlagunner says:

Hey all. Last night’s gormless, gutless performance will go down in history as one of the worst games of Arsenal that I have seen ever.

How very angering. I was soooo upset last night that I wanted to blame Denilson. Go figure.

  71. W.A.T.H says:

I think ur biggest problem AGAG is u were obviously far 2 sober… if u were drunk we were actually not that bad 🙂

  72. K-TR7 says:

Whats up people?whats new apart from wig… Arrrghh!

  73. rico says:

WATH 😆 what was that he was supossed to know….

Hi agag, thats what people don’t see, just the the spuds game, its not the losing to a degree, its the fashion in which we lose…

  74. K-TR7 says:

I didn’t expect us to win the league after spuds loss but the manner we lost was…you may all disagree but i think we collapsed when rosicky and theo tired.rosicky was a bright spot:he worked hard especially to cover clichy, tackled well, showed sublime skills and turns, was determined and was very direct.for a moment i thought i saw preinjury morzart…

  75. agirlagunner says:

Haha, WATH. Unfortunately, all I had last night was coffee, coffee, coffee.

Rrico, we scored twice, yes, but we were in second gear the entire time it seems. I have since tortured myself with match highlights. And it gets worse each time I watch.

Arsene now knows he has a host of mediocre players. But it is the players who play, and I am much angrier with them. The next time they turn in similar rubbish, they should be paraded around the Emirates, and we should all be given a bag of pebbles. I swear, I’d fly to London for that.

  76. W.A.T.H says:

AGAG is a masochist………… WHY would you watch the highlights…? There weren’t any…!.

Coffee…………. Shame on you, were you being punished by someone..?

Rumour is Rico he knew how to get to Highbury and he been lost ever since…!

  77. rico says:

KTR7, i dont think theo tired, he’s 21… he was just bought off for Eboue or Merida… Why I ask, why not Diaby? Why bring on Robin when the game is lost??

If Theo had to come off it should have been for Robin… of course its only my opinion 😉

aga, we seem to have lost 1st gear in the last few games – stuck in reverse i think 😦

  78. K-TR7 says:

Hi wath, rico&agag.Wenger for the second game in a row said he will not focus on ‘individual perfomances’.i see a clearout in the summer…

  79. rico says:

good ktr7, its needed, big time…

  80. agirlagunner says:

I am a bit, I have to admit WATH. I figured that if I twice (thrice) got through watching that 1st half of 1st leg game v. Barca, I can watch anything. But the game against Wigan was, by far, worse. A team in danger of relegation rubbished us! Eurgh.

I take it you had more than a drink? Bravo.

KTR7, if TR7 keeps that form, he’ll be challenging for a starting place in midfield next season.

  81. rico says:

Always said we should have stayed at Highbury wath 😉 😉

  82. agirlagunner says:

Oh and interesting that Wenger said that what he told the players after the game was largely “unprintable”.

I smell a fire sale. “Buy Almunia, get Fabianski for free! If you call within the next 30 minutes, we’ll throw in Denilson at no extra cost.”

  83. K-TR7 says:

AGAG-rosicky has struggled with injuries for two years and this is his best run since 07.i think he will be a regular next season.he has very good tackles and he is very quick.i think when fully fit he will displace diaby especially in big games where he can dictate the tempo and track back letting cesc strut his stuff…

  84. agirlagunner says:

I noticed he was letting it fly with the tackles, KTR7. I was half-impressed with, and half-afraid (that he would injure himself) for him. I hope he stays fit over the summer; some of our players (Cesc for Spain is looking likely, maybe Theo for England; of course, RvP for the Netherlands) will probably have successful campaigns, but since TR7 and AA won’t have much to do, they ought to be bright and fresh for us by the time the new season rolls around.

  85. rico says:

And TV, hes at home to..

I think Rosicky could be gone in the summer…

  86. rico says:

agag, i like the fire sale 😆 what about Diaby, maybe a french fire sale, with silvestre 😉

  87. rico says:

off to get supper, catch you all in a while…

  88. JonJon says:

    evening all

back in a tick off to read the comments..

  89. JonJon says:

i like rosicky..but ive been thinking for a while hes passed his best by a few years now…

which is a shame becuase i think his injury problems has aged him by 4 years…

  90. rico says:

Just popped in to see who’s around before i sneak off for corrie 😉

  91. JonJon says:

  98. W.A.T.H says:

    How’s thing’s…?

  99. JonJon says:

so so fella…so so..got a few more things going on other than arsenal at the minute but getting there…

    hows things at your end?

  100. W.A.T.H says:

Yep all ok…………… Arsenal dont pay the bills mate we pay there’s although they dont fuckin appreciate… Hence why I have stopped going in….

Hope all comes right ur end mate…!

  101. JonJon says:

the last game i went to was the everton game at the start of season..

havent found the energy or the time to go to anymore..

things are looking up though thanks mate..

theres daylight at the end of the tunnel..be better in a few weeks

  102. W.A.T.H says:

Hope so mate…..! Missed seeing you running about in ur pvc n pink boa….. 🙂

Usually don’t bother going in anymore stay in the pub and watch with mates far better crack and ain’t giving them lying toads my money…! Untill the lies and the bullshit stops I aint going in…! fuck em they wannatreat us like customers then thats how we must treat them like unhappy customers and not give em our money cos thats all they bothered about…!

  103. JonJon says:

i havent been to the emirates since it opened..

i went twice in the first year and one was for the spuds game and it was shit..i hated it..had no atmosphere from the start didnt feel like i was watching arsenal..

still go to the away games though when i can…normally get to 10 a year but this year just been difficult and i cant really afford it now anyway..

but your right..customers are always right..the longer we put up with it the longer the ride goes on for

  104. W.A.T.H says:

Indded the longer we keep going the longer they will take the piss and think they can keep on doing what they doing when charging us the highest prices in europe…! Liberties….!

  105. JonJon says:

also we have the problem where the hardcore fans such as ourselves are priced out of the equation and you get a load of tie wearing ponces sat in the stands instead who dont give a shit about the club they just wanna show off they arsenal season ticket next time they playing squash or golfing with they buddies..

then wenger moans about lack of atmosphere..

since this move took place the culture of the club has totally changed and the clientel have changed too…

sometimes i look at it and i shake my head with the lack of passion that goes on around the club currently..

ive never seen such a bunch of bottleless ponces and it goes all the way thru the club from the fans to players to board

  106. JonJon says:

i was reading an article on another blog the other day and some fan was saying he was sat next to a bloke who was shouting ‘come on 27 pass it to 13’..or someshit like that…

just about somes half the supporters up…

when i was at the emirates i was sat next to a guy who just wanted to take pictures all match and he kept asking me to take a photo of him and his friend while the match was on..i was like are you joking fella?? fuck off im trying to watch the game…

some ppl treat it as a sightsee..they aint actually there to watch the foootball they dont even know wat teams what..

then wenger wants to know why they aint signing…its cos they dont know who they signing for..

  107. W.A.T.H says:

The jcl’s ruperts n Gemima’s are all part of the problem along with all the tourits etc etc and of course the nazi style stewards who think they something special bu the club want a diluted atmosphere obviously otherwise why would the stewards act like they do..? clap when we score a heartly cheer when the players arrive on the pitch pls dont stand swear or god forbid show any passion it might show up the players for lack of..???? as said we customers for a property business that also happens to run a football club.

  108. JonJon says:

    ruperts n gemimas…lmao

they said the move to the stadium was to compete…in a way it was because staying at highbury would have killed us..

but what they failed to tell us was that they was going to line their pockets first…what they actually meant was we are moving to the new stadium so we can compete in making as much money as chelsea and manure but instead of spending it we’ll pocket it..turning the whole club into a circus while were at it..

  109. JonJon says:

i still dont know what the fuck that elvis songs about and whoever invented gunnersauras needs a kick in the nuts

  110. W.A.T.H says:

    Poor old gunnersauras……………………. lol

Not sure u’ll find his nuts thru all that padding…!

We been lied to since the day they made us leave highbury mate…! Fuck all spent on players the ground is soulless and Elvis sings us to sleep b4 the game starts….! Joke…! What other club has a grassing text message service for fans..? fuckin joke far to many plebs far to many jcl’s far to many plums who jump on the footie bandwagon turn up ten mins late leave 15 mins b4 the end…! Wankers the lot of em…! call themselves fans…. My arse…!

  111. JonJon says:

theres some fans that really make me laugh..

the best ones are the ones who sit there and defend the shitest player becuase arsene knows…

yeah arsene knew with senderos, boa morte, aliadiere, stepanovs and dozens of others..and theyve all gone on to ballon dors havent they?

all the players who come through the ranks wont be shit hot..they just shit..we havent one a trophy with some of these players in 5 years and they play shit week in week out but they still wont accept they shit..

because everything is rosy and nothing is wrong and we have a wonderful team of fighters..

i know bloggers who stil were up adebayors arse and felt sorry for him last year…even after he left..

its why i love the online fanbase though there really are some numptys out there..

  112. W.A.T.H says:

I don’t have the patience for ppl like that…! take ya thumb out ya arse look whats in front of you and tell it like it is simple as that. New age supporters the kind that don’t even kno who Rocky is…. enuff said…! I’m off mate, chat lata today and you take it easy, don’t forget…. Keep the faith… Arsene Knows….! lol…….

  113. JonJon says:
