Theo under pressure? From who exactly?

I  don’t know about you lot, but there’s something about Wenger’s comments recently about young Mr Walcott that didn’t make sense to me..

Wenger has been quick to point out recently that the media are putting immense pressure on Theo, somehow blaming them for his slow progress I presume. Personally I just think Theo’s rubbish and wont make the world cup even if Lennon’s fit or not. Theo’s way, way down the pecking order at the minute and contrary to popular belief the lad’s been fit for months now and still hasn’t got into any sort of stride. Patience with young players is always key but patience is always given to those who show progress in their development. To me, Theo’s not improved in the four years he’s been with us, if anything I believe he’s gone backwards and patience turns to frustration..

The Cul de Sac Kid has his believers pointing constantly to the argument that he’s always injured, but Theo’s played over 70 games now. That works out at nearly 20 games a season which Isn’t bad for a teenager at a top European club. More than enough game time to show how much he’s developed and he’s still not reached double figures yet in the goals department..

To say we paid 12 million for him at 16 that’s a very poor return…

I think the media’s been made a scapegoat by Wenger on this one…

Was it the media who gave Theo a 60k a week contract at 19 in reward for doing, well, nothing? No, it was Wenger.

Was it the media who told themselves that Theo’s going to make it to the world cup? No, that was Wenger too..

If those two things isn’t applying the pressure on Theo than I dont know what is. Theo’s got 3 months to stop pissing about writing children’s books and knuckle down and force his way into the Arsenal set up first before he even thinks of the world cup. Sod the world cup. Arsenal pay your huge wages and we’ve still got two trophies to fight for, so get the world cup well and truly out of your mind young man..

I’m truly shocked at Wenger’s comments. I though Wenger would have known better. This is a player who dis-obeyed him in the summer by playing in, or rather embarrassing himself in, the U21 tournament and then has contributed pretty much nothing all season so far..

Is it more mind games? Is it just Wenger spin to kick Theo’s arse into shape? Or has the great man just shot himself in the foot?

If Theo can only get motivated to get picked for England, then Wenger’s got a huge problem with the lad. I  find it frustrating that Theo’s best performance of the season was against Sunderland at the weekend. A game that was being watched by Capello. Quite a coincidence that isn’t it?

  2. Thanks marlene
    morning all

  3. Erick says:

Mornin friends.. JJ their is truth in your piece 12mill at 16 we can get more class with that kind of money. 3 months for Theo to prove his worth

  4. Alexy says:

What a complete rubbish post!!! Theo has only played about 6 games all season and for god’s sake he is only 20 grow up mate and stop being a plastic and actually start supporting the team and players we have at our disposal!!!!

  5. Erick says:

Manure won 3 nil a brace from Rooney RSD and i couldn’t sleep

  6. was it goes up to 12mil on such conditions like
he scores such amount of goals
he can run faster than hamiltons maclaren
he does need to be told by the crowd when to stop running and pass
preferably in to the box not in to the norf bank.

  7. apparently german arsenal incarnation (stuggart) held barca
i watch chamakakakaka but im sure he wasn’t on the pitch. untill i saw this guy falling over alot and reliased it was him

  8. Erick says:

RSD verdict is he worth the hype he is getting Chamakah that is

  9. Le Foxe says:

Perhaps Wenger is pushing for him to get an England recall in the hopes that Walcott gets there, scores a few goals and looks a bit tasty and gets snapped up for 25 million?!

  10. Erick says:

Barca could have lost with a wider margin the Ref was poor the goal they scored a barca player was offside Helb had a good game

  11. Erick says:

Le foxe intresting view so AW is balancing the books 🙂

  12. rico says:

    Morning Foxe and Alexy

Alexy, why must the autor be considered plastic? Facts are facts – we all want the team to be strong and support the players, but its hard seeing such ‘talent’ play so very average..

  13. islington haye maker. says:

What’s with the theo bashing from so called Arsenal fans.

People always looking for scapegoats and the loving to hate on players.

Give the lad a break,He is 21 ffs.
Walcott has the talent and will prove his worth. He is going for a lean spell and he will pull through it.

Will we ever see lennon score a hat-trick for England…Yeah maybe in his dreams lol

  14. rico says:

    Morning RSD and Erick

    🙂

  15. rico says:

    😳 Morning Mrs Ave 😉

  16. morning rico, le foxy

  17. rico says:

Morning haye maker, w are not here to bash Theo, look at it a different way, AW talks up ‘Theo for England’ in the summer and then turns around and says he is under pressure.

Why not just let the lad get on and show what he can do on the pitch, if he plays well which we all want him to then his selection for his country will happen…

    Club first though…

  18. Le Foxe says:

Got to agree with Rico – calling someone plastic for having an opinion is a bit strong, Alexy!

Would love to see Theo coming good, but I just cant see it happening. I am surprised that Wenger allowed Wilshere to go out on loan, but hasnt really ever considered Walcott to do so. I think he needs a season somewhere to get away from the spotlight and work on his game. Every time i see him, he looks like he is terrified!
Hopefully he will come good and fulfil his promise!

  19. rico aint this a bit of AW magic

  20. we’ll win the World cup in 2018
    what you reckon
wilshere gibbs theo Bartley eastmond freeman simpson JET
almost make you want support england again
    no surrender………

  21. Erick says:

Mornin Rico Islington its not about bashing Theo just staying with the facts i believe JJ has a genuine concern and come saturday against stoke i will support my team

  22. K-TR7 says:

Morning bloggers,i understand the frustration with theo but give him a break!not everyone is a cesc/messi/cr9,these are exceptional talents very hard to come by,they started playing football at four while theo at ten so you can’t expect him to be at their level surely.im not his biggest fan and im not saying he will be a worldbeater but stepback for a second, when theo scored a hatrick against the croats, the media went on and on about how he is better than messi/cr9 which is happening to shrek right now but the difference shrek had knuckled down and worked hard not believing the media hype because if he underperforms in a wc/cl match he will be destroyed by the same media that put him on a pedestal.motd made him look like our best player on saturday which wasn’t true.if you don’t believe in theo, believe in aw as he is better at judging a player than all of us combined.

  23. islington haye maker. says:

Yeah Rico i agree with letting the football do the talking,But i think Arsene means theo is under pressure himself to make the England squad.

And i was not aiming the theo bashing at this site,I was adding that it is a disease that quickly spreads through fans when a number of blogs say the player isnt good enough. Then you get all this theo is sh**.

I honestly think theo will be a great player for Arsenal football club.

  24. rico says:

Le Foxe, When Theo chose us over the dippers I was thrilled to say th least. He showed so much skill and pace at Southampton.

I think his moves identifies the gulf between playing in the championship and the PL.

Like you I live in hope he will step up to the mark but right now I can’t see him doing it.

Smeone at the club shoul be battering him about his crossing and getting his game sorted. At the end of th day though if he has got it right now, will he ever??

    I jolly well hope so

  25. rico says:

RSD, It could be spin by AW, but what does he gain? All it does his highlight Thoe again. The club as usual say far too much to the press imho, like i said before, let the lad get on and play, everything else will happen naturally… If its going to 😉

  26. timao says:

Theo will be the new Pele, patience my friends.

  27. Erick says:

People keep on talking about giving the players time and thats what we don’t have 😦

  28. rico says:

    haye maker 😉

What is bizzare though about all this, AW himslef a few weeks ago made it clear about Theo during an interview which was on ATV online – When someone asked him about Theo and the world cup he got cross, said something like, WC, he neds to play for us first and needs to forget anything else…

Now he comes out with this..

I understand what you are saying about theo putting pressure on theo, arsene himself should be sorting that out behind closed doors, not throw his comments into a bear pit..

  29. rico says:

Erick, spot n, I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired about losing the big games etc 😦

Look at Rooney again last night and Owen, hence my post yesterday, they learned to play at an early age and now are scoring for fun…

  30. @rico course its spin
    think theo want the pressure

@islington haye maker we all want theo to be player we want him to be but what else we gona talk about
plus we watch the guys week in week out (for me 27 years)
we kind of earn the right to say he’s needs to pic his game up
when your at the game we’ll all sign our heart out
and buy anything the club will sell.
the first goal for utd was quality team goal

  31. rico says:

    morning timeo, welcome to AR

I love your optimism, lets hope it comes true 😉

  32. rico says:

So your an old codger then RSD 😉

Since 1971 for me – good old Charlie George did it 😉

  33. less of the old
the hair gone so most of body
    but me brain still here
think i’ve got a grade 1 calf strain from doing the roof yesterday. no ball work or running for me.

  34. K-TR7 says:

Those who say theo is all about pace should know that is his greatest asset and thats why he uses it:henry used it,cr9 uses it,messi uses close control, robben is a dribbler, cesc is a passer, rooney uses his strength and guile,no one blames them for utilising their best assets.we arsenal fans need to stop looking for a scapegoat since diaby/song/eboue are playing, can’t we just support the team?stoke fans cheer on their crap players who manage to beat even bigger teams,we have lost there twice.those who say theo is crap, cheer the crap out of him,it will instill belief knowing the fans are behind him.mad jens is really a mad man.

  35. islington haye maker. says:

    Erick,So a player at 21 does not have time???…Why?

    Rico,
Wenger know’s right now that theo is really up against it,For making the england team and i feel as you say, this is his spin on things to get him selected.

But you right if he gives his all to the end of the season he will make it out to south Africa.

Obviously being english i would like to see him there.
But i would much prefer him smashing it for Arsenal more than England.

  36. Le Foxe says:

I think the biggest issue various fans have with Theo is his lack of a final product….but to be fair to him, the same could be said of Clichy and Sagna. When was the last time you saw a corner being taken and genuinely thought something might come of it?!
Perhaps its more indicative of the coaching at the club, and thats where the problem lies??

  37. tony and champagne charlie

  38. Erick says:

In football you need to balance speed and skill if only theo can balance the two Cristiano will be history

  39. theo has pace
    yes
but you worry sometimes that starting playing football at 12 kind of makes him at a disadvantage to any other footballer like losing half a yard of pace

    @foxy
do you think the crossing bad or is it that there’s never anyone in the box

  40. Le Foxe says:

@rsd – i think its mainly down to bad crossing. Granted, we dont always have bodies in the box, but when there are options there the ball is either over hit and goes out for a throw or its skied into row Z!

  41. islington haye maker. says:

Rsd i know what your saying about having the right to say how you feel,But ive been on this earth 26 years and been a season ticket holder for most of my life lol,I’m one of those guys, that thinks we should support, what ever players wear the great red and white shirt,Even if they aint the best.

But i have seen what theo can do and when he does like i think he will,He could become a Arsenal great.

  42. Erick says:

Islington am not saying that Theo does not have time but everytime that something goes wrong “the team is young they can only get better” this means no trophies so when will they get better am tired of waiting we have to win something this season

  43. Gf60 says:

Sunderland Theo’s best game of the season? Can soneone tell me exactly what he produced apart from proving he was 5 yards (over 50 yards)faster than McCartney?

  44. we all want him too islington haye maker.
but doesn’t mean we cant say boo to a ghost

  45. islington haye maker. says:

Yeah Erick that is one thing i do agree with.
We cant use that as a excuse and it’s well out dated now.

  46. “Forest theo gump”

    “run theo run
    now look up and pass”

you should take this on a card to the game
    it will help him

  47. Emmanuel says:

I think TJW14 is the most hyped English player at the momemt. He makes a couple of runs at the Sunderland defence with some horrendous crosses and we are all over the moon about Theo. PLEASE we ne to let the young man focus on (keeping fit and) helping the team get 100% wins in our remaining 11 league games. Wenger is the one putting presure on Theo if he is under any pressure of any sort!

  48. Erick says:

Le Foxe B52 has only played a handfull of games even if Clichy and Sagna deliver good crosses who is the target Theo, Cesc, Aa, Denilson they are all too short

  49. Le Foxe says:

Why has this gone from being a healthy debate to suddenly now about justifying your opinion by how long you have been a fan?! Just because you have an opinion on a player that may not be the most positive, doesnt make you less of a fan!! Having an opinion is what its all about – i am sure we have all spent hours in a pub talking about who would be in the best XI of all time! Its just a matter of personal opnion, couldnt give a f*ck if anyone else agrees with it or not!

  50. rico says:

Morning to the newbies, welcome to Avenell Road, don’t make it a one off please, your comments are really welcome here 🙂

    Emmanuel, good comment..

RSD, Sometims I wish he would just keep on running 😉

  51. rico says:

Absolutely Haye maker, let football do his takling, not AFC or the media..

  52. Le Foxe says:

@erick – totally agree, just meant for the last few seasons we havent really been able to play in killer crosses. I was just raising the point that perhaps the way we train and coach the team is a factor? Look at the keepers and some of the defending lately – and i mean accross the tea, i.e Denilson against Rooney! – I just wonder whether enough drilling is done with the team on some of the key basics.

  53. rico says:

I am with Le Foxe there guys and gals..

Whether we suport our club for one year or thirty, we all support our club so lets not go down that route 😉

Some of us are ‘old gits’ so of course we have supported them for a few years mre, but it doesn’t make us any ‘bigger’ supporters…

  54. porno & rico
he’s english and young he will get a ridculous amount of hype especially in WC year. one average performance and we’re gona win the wc

  55. rico says:

Le Foxe, we don’t have a player to get on the end of them either 😉

Thankfully with Nik back he gives us more of a chance, but he is another player that needs to start earning his money imho..

  56. K-TR7 says:

Theo needs a final ball.no one except eboue can make those incisive runs that drag defenders out of position;cesc and shava enjoy playing with theo since we play faster when he is on the pitch,a sense of urgency.he scares the crap out of defenders.his final ball is also affected by not having players in the box to get at the end of the crosses.he has had some magical moments in an arsenal shirt, exquisite finishes but he needs to do them more frequently if he is to become a legend.if you don’t trust aw trust capello who has said theo is england’s best talent.

  57. rico says:

RSD, right now for me he would not be at the airport let alone on the flight to the WC, unless he wanted to wave goodbye to the squad 😉

  58. Erick says:

Islington he has like a decade and more to play but if he does not deliver Wilshere is knocking on the door quick and first he might find himself in an bad situation and you know big Jack can take on the defender with ease

  59. rico says:

Morning KTR7, Eboue seems to be able to do that when at right back, but stick him on the right on midfield he losses that abilty stranging, momentum i guess when he bursts through from the back.

  60. rico says:

RSD – porno & Rico mme, what are you saying 😉

  61. Arsenal Norway says:

Give the kid a break. Yes he has been poor the few times he has started this season. But it is too early to judge his full potential. Wenger will make sure he become top class!

  62. rico says:

AN – Welcome on board, Its just a topic to discuss, will he or won’t he etc, we all want him to become good..

  63. Erick says:

Le foxe thats true the defending and crossing and organisation of the team when going forward and on counter attacks has been expose by Chelvski and Manure OMG what was Denilson doing when Rooney was being fed by Nani on the counter he should have taken him out for a Defensive midfielder he never gets booked thats a worrying sign

  64. Emmanuel= porno
    he’s blond
    he’s quick
    he’s names a porno flick
    Emmanuel Emmanuel Emmanuel

  65. rico says:

RSD, thanks i was having a worry 😉

Erick, Denilson was having a snooze, even the referee ran passed him….

  66. rico says:

Got to get my car in for an mot, back shortly…

  67. erick denilson on the manu goal i think he scared of getting shot by that sniper like in the everton game
his back injury is a worry
and when you pushing to get back into a game a counter goal is inevitable
if we hadn’t of conceded first would have been different always is the first scorer who usually win those games.
one mistake by clichy in pensioners game try to help out nasri on near as thats where drogba first run was too
and nasri and clichy should have kicked nani up to mars for utd first.
    the counter goals
is just part of football there’s no point moaning about a good counter goal if you could the most drilled team in the world and get caught on the counter.

  68. 2 girls and 1 cup rico 😉

  69. Erick says:

Rico ;-( crab he he RSD but some counter are preventable if Denilson took a yellow for the team things could have been different so am still waiting for your verdict on Chamakakaka

  70. did even not he was even on the pitch till second half
he got caught in postion alot
so he can dribble a bit
    good passer
bordeaux do look a good pasing team
    but apart from that
average a squad player at best
glad he’s was free shame about the 6millon contract but
thats only one game will have to watch a few more times

  71. waf said he seen him last year gave him about the same verdict

  72. Arsenal Norway
i hope he does he’s got all the right thing going for him apart from not having a football brain

  73. Erick says:

mmmmh good catch i reckon good we didnt have to break the bank for him. Your back still hurting??

  74. K-TR7 says:

Barca were really crap yesterday and would’ve been 3 nil down at halftime.hleb troubled them with his quick feet and dribbling.coaches watching barca last night would no longer fear them, they have really regressed.toure looked out of sorts along with marquez, iniesta, ibra and bosquetes.even cruyff said they are not the same team as they were last season.

  75. Erick says:

K-TRZ true the ref was crap they didn’t look strong enough even Messi

  76. yet still they got an away goal the draw and are top of the league
dont think zlatan has to much of an effect on there team

  77. Erick says:

    RSD 🙂 🙂

  78. Erick says:

The goal should have been offside

  79. the fact of it is they have an away goal so they can play on counter at camp nou so effectivally german arsenal is out

  80. inter or the pensioners tonight where’s your money

  81. rico says:

2 girls and 1 cup – you lost me RSD 😉

Re Chamakh, a lot of crab passing and pretty poor really, but then they were away, the home match could be better…

  82. Erick says:

Am not a stats guy but Stutgd played well in the first half defending together and attacking together they missed great chances the Ref missed two penalties for each team the equalizer seemed to shock stutgd but in they ended the game on a high but their was a danger of always being caught on the counter. Barca were happy with the draw but were lucky to earn it

  83. Erick says:

Inter all the way 🙂 🙂

  84. Jose Mourinho,
    Jose Mourinho,
    Jose Mourinho,
    Jose Mourinho..

  85. K-TR7 says:

There is something about mourinho, right now he and inter are under scrutiny because of mou’s handcuff gesture in the weekend.they are hated so much in italy but i feel this will work for them bringing up the mentality of us against the world.a more effective team yesterday against barca would have ensured no need for a second leg.

  86. Erick says:

Yap just from reading it pretty much what you said, the stoke game a must win RSD especially with Manure winning yesterday

  87. didn’t see it ktr7
    anyway have to dash
    swedish school beckons
c u guys for the game

  88. forget about them
its a must win for evergame

  89. rico says:

Inter for me too and Reading to beat WBA in the cup 🙂

  90. Erick says:

K-TR7 Barca were lucky very lucky Jose 🙂

  91. Erick says:

Cheers RSD be easy on your back 🙂

  92. W.A.T.H says:

Mornin Rico………… quite lively here this am I see………. 🙂

  93. rico says:

Morning WATH, dont know what happened with your comment, into went into spam..

  94. rico says:

    into = it Doh…

  95. Erick says:

    Morning WATH

  96. W.A.T.H says:

    U just like tying me up rico 🙂 it’s always JJ’s fault….. poor little Teo………. 🙂

    Mornin Erick

  97. K-TR7 says:

Barca don’t look threatening anymore.they look static and short of ideas.though ibra is superior to eto’o he is just too static, eto’o moved alot (like rvp)creating gaps for henry and iniesta to exploit.henry was invincible.last year they were breaking records, scoring four goals against bayern in 15 minutes.they may sneak through, but if they play like that in qfs, they will be out.hleb played better than rosicky/nasri/shava have played all season.

  98. W.A.T.H says:

Have I gone spam again….. stupid thing………. lol

  99. Mark c says:

Re theo you have to look at the stats in more detail.

How many games has he played the full 90 for?

    Fact. Very few.

He needs some proper minutes under his belt.

He is a great player and the more time he spends on the pitch the better he will be.

  100. rico says:

Hi Mark C, all stats will tell us is that for the time he has played he has been poor..

Yes he does need a long run with fitness, but he needs to learn a few basics in football, pace alone won’t get him to the WC..

  101. rico says:

WATH, I can’t work out why you keep going into spam 😦

  102. Erick says:

K-TR7 you reckon we can hit them if we find them on the way to glory Mark thats true but still with playing time he has some aspect of his game he needs to improve thats mainly my concern

  103. W.A.T.H says:

All this talk about Theo and world cup he can’t even get in the Arsenal side at the moment and thats what needs to be his priority perfoming well for us simple as that. As for games played its because half the time he’s been very poor so a player not playing well is never gonna last 90mins are they…?

  104. W.A.T.H says:

It’s u rico u want me all to urself…….. I kno admit it…. U want me tied up and all alone 🙂

  105. rico says:

That’s the point WATH, You are spot on, club before counrty, play well and let what will be, be…

  106. rico says:

    Tied up WATH, behave… 😉

  107. K-TR7 says:

Barca have been pretty vulnerable this year just like they were after winning the cl in 06.toure was so poor that led me to rejoice that aw stuck with song.walcott is different to lennon/swp/young in that he is a different type of winger(cr9/messi type) who is more of an inside forward and thats why capello will pick him for the wc so long as he plays.theo also has cl experience which is also an important factor in tight matches against tactically astute teams(brazil/spain).in the cl bordeaux, lyon and bayern will trouble alot of teams and cause a few upsets.bayern are really frightening with a forward line of ribery,olic/gomez and robben which is quite a match for any forward line in europe.

  108. Erick says:

Eager to see if he gets the nod against Stoke all eyes will be on him

  109. rico says:

KTR7, I wouldn’t be surprised if Barca lose the second leg – That would be one up to Gross Man 😉

Theo is very different, the others can all cross 😉 😉

  110. rico says:

Its on television too I think Erick..

  111. W.A.T.H says:

I give up…………. u just tied me up and left me rico……….. devastated…..! least the laptop got blown……! 🙂

  112. SharkeySure says:

    Afternoon All.

I thought this site was now defunct…??

    Good luck with the ‘relaunch’.

  113. K-TR7 says:

On the theo debate,i still believe in aw’s eyes our ideal forward line is AA-RVP-TW14 since it contains everything pace, power, guile, technique and shooting ability to worry any defence since the off the ball movement of theo in spaces created by rvp would be sublime to watch just as cesc-song-diaby midfield contains almost everything you would want from your midfield.capello will be desperate for theo to be fit since england has very slow players, when playing a 4-4-2 formation, most teams will play 4-3-3 which would be suicidal so theo will join heskey and rooney upfront while stevieme comes in from the left to form a midfield trio with johnson and cole overlapping.although rosicky/nasri are more technical but theo is a different kind of beast altogether.

  114. rico says:

I had to go and sort the chickens WATH,

Hi SS, good to see you again 🙂

  115. rico says:

I wouldn’t mind that line up IF all three were firing on all cylinders..

  116. Erick says:

K-TR7 Theo has something special i just hope he can realise it he can lead us to greatness

  117. K-TR7 says:

I see it too erick, everytime he has the ball you sense urgency.nasri should learn alot from hleb last night, nasri though is slowly improving.imagine theo making those slalom runs across the emirates pitch, finishing, shooting on sight;all action like cr9.cesc may be more consistent but AA is still our ace,he has everything for an attacking player except heading ability and i still believe he is our best attacker.the return leg vs porto will be his first knockout game hope he gives us a game to remember.how can anyone not love AA?hope he hits full steam after the rest he has had.

  118. Erick says:

AA was being played out of position thats wat i think led to his goal drought

  119. chris says:

You were shocked by Wenger saying it wasn’t fair to put pressure on The who will bwe improving until he’s 22-23 at least?
    You’re easily shocked, mate.

A lot of the pressure is internally generated.

    “I just think he’s crap”
“I don’t think he should have had that contract I read about and I don’t know the details but it’s more than anyone I know is earning I know that (though to be fair I don’t know any actual footballers)”

Dull week so far, then, possibly?

(I’ve been reading this blog a bit more recently and have quite liked a lot of articles but I didn’t like this one)

  120. rico says:

Back soon guys, got a few chores to sort 😦

  121. K-TR7 says:

AA at his devastating best can reach the levels of shrek/cr9/messi/cesc which would be very much welcome at this point of the season.

  122. Erick says:

K-TR7 is Gallas,AA & Diaby ready for saturdays battle royale

  123. rico says:

    Howdy peeps 🙂

  124. Erick says:

Rico ur back any news on if we are welcoming backing anybody from injury

  128. rico says:

Hi RSD, not a lot really…

  129. Erick says:

Thats goodnews right there RVP but am sure he wont have a major impact he will be warming for the world cup

  130. rico says:

    Dentist for me, laters all

  131. W.A.T.H says:

Shame chavs down 1-0 already………… lets hope for a few more….!

  132. rico says:

Too right WATH, I hope the chavs get battered 🙂

Youare stll going into spam, I cant work out why, have asked Ave to take a peep – in the mean time, I’m sorry 😦

  133. rico says:

    I’m done for today..

JJ, if you are reading, I loved your post 🙂

    Be safe all

Nighty night and see you tomorrow

  134. kieron says:

I think Theo has to learn the passing game and crosses too. All the runs he made v Sunderland and cant give a cross, also looks to try score carbon copy goals like he did v Croatia. Need some dynamic football from him to be world cup material. No way he should make it atm to WC… And leave RVP alone Holland arsholes, youve done enough damage already!!!

  135. Erick says:

Apparently Stoke hit Manciteh 3-1 my oh my and their coach Pulis said Wenger must be delighted they played extra time but insisted on saturday they will have to give us a good game by the way Delap had alot with his trademark throwings. Adebayor was given red yeah i hate him too:-) Game on Gunners

  136. morning erick
    yeah shitty where shit
120 mins tho so is good
    shame shitty play chels tho
least cech is possibly out for rest of season

  137. Erick says:

Morning RSD… Hope Manciteh can upset Chelsea but i don’t see it happening but the Stoke game will be tough mate

  138. you would hope a decent defence would keep them out
shitty did for 80 so you would think we could for 90.
it the late game on sat. so that doesn’t give them much time to recover while we’ve had all week.
plus they only drew with city over 90 so you would hope a repeat of the home fixture would be nice.

  139. dont surpose you watch the chels inter game did you?

  140. Erick says:

I did, Inter were not that good but with Chelsea it just was not their day but the away goal could prove decisive. On the Weekend game a draw 4 Chelsea is possible but a win 4us is mandatory

  141. rico says:
